  Al helped my husband and I sell our house this month, and it was the first time either of us had been through the process. In addition to the paperwork (almost all done with online document signing), listing, open house, and advertising, he helped us in many other ways. He quickly helped us decide what we should (and should not) update or repair, arranged for repairs that could be paid as part of the escrow, set up photography, suggested a stager (who did a great job), and answered all our questions promptly and patiently, He told us exactly what we needed to know. From the time we first called Al to the close (getting the house ready, showing, and escrow) was right about three months, and we got more than we were asking on the house. Thank you so much!!

  I usually don't write too many reviews but in this case I must. The Mark and Al team was very helpful in selling of my residence. This stressful free atmosphere which they created was almost unbelievable. My property the team listed and sold in a short period of time was sold for much more than I thought could be obtained for the property.
