  repeat customer, until they disabled my truck during initial car wash, causing me to tow it and have mechanic fees of $94. They denied any involvement, and didn't dry the truck or windows, just left it unfinished. Mgr Frederico tried offering 3 free washes and 1 free detail work (for fees), but wouldn't reimburse me for monies paid. Owner is never there to help work this out, so the legal system will have to step in.
